4. Fill in your pet’s ID info

You can put any info you want on the tag, such as your pet's name, your phone number, and address. We recommend that you include at least one phone number (preferably a mobile) and your city and state.

Note: Info will be centered on the tag both left to right and top to bottom, as much as is reasonably possible. If you order a tag with only 2 lines, each line can up to 18 characters. If you order a tag with 3 lines, one of the lines will be limited to 15 characters.
